TRACK LAYING PROGRESS – END AUGUST 2010

A total of just under 150 kilometres of track needs to be laid for the Gautrain route. At the end of August 75% of the track was laid.

The Gautrain is operating normally after a technical problem affected the power pick-up of two trains on either side of Sandton station earlier this morning.
